The generic physio model is built on "fixing" people once they’re already broken. The RERUN Session is built on the opposite: designing the capacity to never break in the first place. Whether we’re at the track or in the gym, this is 1:1 time dedicated to the structural fundamentals that actually move the needle - loading, strength, and movement mechanics.

We don't do "exercises for the sake of exercises." We identify the one or two movements your body actually needs to handle the road. This is bridging the gap between clinical rehab and performance.

What it is:

  • 1:1 In-Person Assessment: 45–60 minutes at the track or gym.

  • The Movement Lab: Specific focus on your strength fundamentals, plyometric readiness, or run mechanics.

  • The Blueprint: A personalized strategy for your strength sessions that fits your actual life, not a generic PDF.

The Cost: $120 Initial / $100 Follow-up.

A training plan is just a piece of paper until life happens. Most plans treat every runner like they adapt on the same schedule, but the road to a PB is rarely a straight line. RERUN Ongoing is a conversation, not a static document. It’s my coaching logic applied to your actual life, week by week.

This is for the runner who wants to stop guessing and start building. We monitor your signals, adjust the load on the fly, and ensure that your "return-to-run" or "build-to-race" is based on readiness, not just ambition.

  • Dynamic Programming: Weekly adjustments to your run planning and strength loading.
